Riseability Riseability has been working with clients in Arizona since 2003 and we have worked in vocational rehabilitation services since 2001 (Texas).

We offer ongoing counseling for clients or students, prepare them for employment, observe their work performance through job shadowing, and find the best job placement using current vocational rehabilitation practices in an expert role. We assist adult clients, specializing in catastrophic injuries involving survivors of brain and spinal cord injury, or dual diagnosis find and obtain jobs in the community. Additionally, we offer Transitional Services to work with students at their school and within the community to maximize their post-secondary outcomes.

We recently supported a client in touring the Arizona Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired to explore volunteer opportunities within their social and recreation program.

From music and creative expression to technology training, the center offers a variety of programs that encourage skill-building, independence, and meaningful community connections.

Riseability recognizes the importance of honoring the land and people who were here first. ✨️
