The difference between the alkalinity in electrolyzed reduced water vs. bottled “alkaline” water that you can buy at the store is the process in which the water is made alkaline.

High on hydration ⚡️💦

Tbh, nothing feels better. There’s a stark difference between the way I feel now vs. the way I felt prior to drinking electrolyzed reduced water.

Yes, there is a whole science to this water and we’ve been touching on some of that - but at the end of the day, what truly matters is the way you FEEL when you drink ERW.

We’ve had quite a few haters come at us because of a lot of the misinformation that’s out there that doesn’t quite capture the whole picture of ERW. And our response to them is…

Have you actually drank this water yourself? 🤔

Of course, all our bodies are different and we may have different outcomes from drinking this incredible water, but I just wanted to briefly touch on some of the things I’ve been personally experiencing since drinking ERW a couple months ago 💯

Again, these are my own personal experiences! I’ve been noticing:

✅ A huge uplift in energy and mood
✅ More deep, restful sleep
✅ Less muscle soreness from working out
✅ More endurance at the gym
✅ Clearer skin & shinier hair

And that’s just from drinking the water. Mika makes 3 other types of water that we use for manyyyyy other things as well.

Last May, I started what I thought was just going to be my weight loss journey with Carla Araujo’s Do The Work 30-day Challenge. Turns out, I was wrong.

It was much, much more than that. It was the wake up call I needed to take my life back. And almost a year later, that’s exactly what I fu***ng did.

What did it take?

✅ Consistent weightlifting work in the gym
✅ Consistency in the kitchen with prepped meals
✅ A huge support system/community of others doing the same
✅ Going to bed at 8 every night and waking up at 4 every morning
✅ Meditating to keep my mindset right
✅ Overcoming fear of change
✅ Truly believing I could do it
✅ Changing the water I drank so it would enhance everything I was doing

And honestly…so much more. It hasn’t been easy, but investing in my health has been the best thing I’ve EVER done for myself. Hands down. I know I say it all the time, but anyone can do this.

It doesn’t matter how old you are.
It doesn’t matter how big your family is.
It doesn’t matter what job you have.
It doesn’t matter what events you have coming up.

Those things will always be there. And let’s be real, they’re just excuses.

I was there! That was me almost a year ago. 35 pounds ago. 10 sizes ago. Anxiety-ridden. No confidence. No motivation. Unhappy with the way I looked, the way I felt.

So I finally did something about it, and I’ll never go back 💯 If you’ve been looking for a sign, this is it. And we both believe in you ✊🏼

It really is true - you can't help or take care of others if you don't show up for yourself first.

What exactly does that mean?

Do the things that make you feel good! Do the things that build your confidence, that give you strength and power. For us - it's fitness, nature, meditation, music, and so much more.

We make time for these things constantly, even if that rubs people the wrong way or takes away from time doing other things. It's that essential to our wellbeing 🙏🏻

In all seriousness though, energy levels are through the roof - always. Which is especially helpful in the AM when we’re up at 4 to crush our workouts.

And tbh, nothing feels better than having solid energy 💯
