A few simple things that help:

• Take a daily multivitamin
• Drink enough water (aim for at least ~40 oz)

Oat milk vs. Soy milk — which one is actually better nutritionally?

Oat milk has become incredibly popular, but when you look at the nutrition profile, soy milk is closer to a nutritionally complete option.

Soy naturally contains higher protein, essential amino acids, and beneficial compounds like isoflavones that have been studied for heart health.

Oat milk, on the other hand, is typically lower in protein and often higher in added oils or sugars depending on the brand.

One important note:
Soy is one of the most heavily sprayed crops in conventional agriculture. If you choose soy milk, look for organic or non-GMO sources to reduce pesticide exposure.

At the end of the day, both can fit into a healthy diet — but from a protein and amino acid standpoint, soy tends to come out ahead.

Nutrition is always about the whole picture, not just trends.

Feeling off but your labs are ā€œnormalā€?
That’s because most lab reference ranges aren’t designed to reflect optimal health—they just reflect population averages.

This post breaks down some of the most important labs that reveal what’s really going on inside your body:

āœ… Nutrient deficiencies
āœ… Inflammation
āœ… Gut imbalances
āœ… Early signs of insulin resistance
āœ… Omega-3 status

Conventional ranges tell you when something’s wrong.

Functional labs help you catch things before they become a diagnosis.

🧬 Save this for your next provider visit—and tag someone who deserves better care.
