Sedona has a new Licensed Apprentice: Nicole Richards. Niki is a body worker with decades of experience. Her tactile cue-ing is divine!

Lisa Perry, who’s been at Kinesphere from its inception, brings such a wealth of knowledge to her teaching. A gift to have her repeating the course after so many years.

We are so proud to be a GYROTONIC Expansion System® educational affiliate offering all phases of Level 1 GYROTONIC® training, as well as continuing education courses. Our studio owner Dominika Gaines has been practicing the GYROTONIC® method for almost 30 years, and in 2026 will celebrate 20 years as a GYROTONIC® Master Trainer!

This past weekend Dominika coached Ceriah and Lori through the Level 1 material to prepare for their teaching the GYROTONIC® Pre-Training, an essential component of the certification process. If you’re in Utah or Kansas, look them up! ®
