Nobody mentions the jaw.
You get the hypermobility diagnosis and you hear about knees, shoulders, hips, ankles. Then you go home and your jaw clicks, your temples ache, and you clench all night, and every one of those gets filed under stress.
Your jaw is a joint. It's built from the same tissue as every other joint you have. It uses that tissue about two thousand times a day just to swallow.
Of course it's part of the story.
