Over a decade ago, Greater Anesthesia Solutions was started by six anesthesia providers to create the best possible work culture in the anesthesia industry.
"We decided to start GAS in the beginning to protect what we felt was a pretty rare and unique anesthesia culture and work family.
All providers practicing with full autonomy, yet supporting each other, having each other's backs, helping each other to provide the best care possible.
Over the years, we've been lucky to be able to replicate that at many medical centers in the valley.
It's awesome seeing each team have that same type of culture and the providers becoming close to each other, becoming family. The most rewarding part is seeing some of the teams do things even better than we did in the beginning."

Core to this incredible anesthesia culture is having experienced anesthesia providers guiding the entire group. From the bottom to the top of the organization, we know anesthesia; and we use that knowledge to better care for our providers and our patients.
