FREE OPTION SOUND HEALING
My weekly offering has a sliding scale from free-$33. It's a pay what you can offering as no one will ever be turned away due to lack of funds. I just want people to come and give themselves this time. Kids are always free so I also encourage families to come. It's a wonderful opportunity to show our kids how to help themselves to feel better when things get difficult. Click the link to view the calendar of upcoming weekly offerings held indoors in Anthem in a very welcoming space. Please register in advance even if you are using the free option. Another No fee Sunday Sunset Sound Healing at Anthem park. We had such an incredible turn out last time. I'm excited to gather again! It's going to be gorgeous weather! We will meet this Sunday April 26th 5:30-6:30pm. Adults, kids, teens, all are welcome. Serving my community fills my heart. We will gather at the east end of the park by the lake. Bring a mat or blanket to lay on, and a pillow and a light cozy blanket for comfort, and optional eye mask. There is no fee, however, donations are greatly appreciated (suggested $10/adult) as an energy exchange. 💖🙏🏻

If you are curious about Sound Healing, come by and check it out. It's a great opportunity to share the experience with your kids also.

After taking some much needed time to turn inward, I'm excited to be holding space again and sharing my weekly sessions at this new beautiful space. I hope to see all my regular peeps along with new faces that feel called to drop in with me. So happy to be in flow again. Give yourself that mid week relief to relax, let go, and breathe.
