‼️ NOTE: In observance of Juneteenth, our Be Well clinics in both Tempe and Phoenix will be closed today!

In honor of Juneteenth, we're very excited to partner with Aunt Rita's Foundation for a special event! Aunt Rita's does incredible work to support those affected by HIV/AIDS through advocacy, fundraising, and essential community services, and we're proud to stand alongside them. 🥰

We look forward to caring for you when we reopen. Wishing everyone a meaningful Juneteenth. ❤️🖤💚

Being a bottom can come with a few awkward questions... like, should you do**he? 👀

Some folks like to do**he before a**l s*x for extra peace of mind, while others skip it altogether. There’s no one "right" way, it’s all about what makes you feel comfortable.

PrEP is a medication that helps prevent HIV before exposure happens! When taken as prescribed, it's highly effective at reducing the risk of getting HIV through s*x.

Note that PrEP does not protect against other STIs, so regular testing is still important! Curious if PrEP is right for you? Stop by Be Well Health or send us a DM, we're happy to answer your questions.

Some people grow up hearing “don’t be too loud about it.”

Too feminine.
Too masculine.
Too q***r.
Too different.

So here’s your reminder that you were never meant to shrink yourself to make other people comfortable. Love isn’t something to hide. Identity isn’t something to apologize for. And being yourself should never come with fear attached to it. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

You wake up, go to the bathroom, and suddenly pause like… “Okay wait, but why does it smell different down there?” 👀

First things first: bodies naturally have a scent. But a strong, fishy, sour, or unusual odor can sometimes be your body’s way of saying something’s off. That's when it's time to go see a health provider, even if symptoms seem minor.
