Join us in celebrating MCMS member Dr. Gauri Behari!

Gauri Behari, MD, of , is a board‑certified whose career has been defined by innovation, compassion, and expanding access to specialty care.

She founded the rural TeleEndocrinology program at the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) - U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, launched a nationwide TeleEmergency Care program, and has served in senior executive roles overseeing healthcare operations and quality management.

In 2026, she founded Axis Endocrinology, a direct care practice focused on hormonal and metabolic health, and Health Innoveering, a consultancy supporting health technology companies in delivering safe, trustworthy care. She also teaches and mentors future endocrinologists at the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix.

💙 Her philosophy is simple and powerful: the patient and their loved ones always come first.
