Kids learn best when they're happy. That's not just a nice-to-have for us, it's our whole approach!

Across our clinics in Arizona, Iowa, and Georgia, our team meets every client exactly where they are. Some ABA approaches focus on changing a child to fit what's expected of them. That's not how we do things at Bista.

Instead, our BCBAs, RBTs, SLPs, and OTs work together to build skills in a way that feels relaxed, collaborative, and genuinely kind because progress sticks better when it doesn't come from pressure.

Choosing an ABA provider can be a big deal, so you want to make sure you're asking the right questions. Asking questions about the team, approach , logistics, and philosophy /culture will help you identify the right clinic for your child to thrive in.

Ever wonder why nonprofit status matters when choosing a therapy provider? It comes down to who the organization is really accountable to. Here's what sets Bista's nonprofit care apart. 💛

1. We prioritize our clients over profits. For-profit providers commonly have investors to answer to which can alter how decisions that affect their clients are made.
2. Surplus funding goes straight back into our program rather than investor profits.
3. Bista isn't optimizing for the most profitable cases. That means more flexibility to work with families across different insurance situations, diagnoses, and needs.
4. Because of nonprofit's ability to prioritize clients over profits, nonprofit ABA clinics can attract clinicians who are mission-oriented and are in it for the long-haul. That means more consistency for your child.
5. As a nonprofit, we are governed by a board and are held to public accountability standards.

Nonprofit is more than a tax status at Bista. It means decisions made in the best interest of the families we serve.
