There are countless books, podcasts, workshops, support groups, coaches, and therapists available to help.
While these resources can be valuable, trying to consume everything at once can sometimes create more confusion than clarity.

Notice what helps you feel more grounded, informed, and clear and what leaves you feeling overwhelmed, fearful, or disconnected from yourself.
Sometimes clarity comes not from consuming more, but from knowing what deserves your attention.
