I am having surgery on my eye...

I was talking to a friend about whether I should post this or not. She said, "Angel, I look forward to your stories and you let us be in your life. Go ahead and tell us what's going on because you are loved."

Wow, I said so.

As I look at this picture, it reminds me that every day is a new adventure. Sometimes we know exactly where we're going, and sometimes we simply take the next step down the hallway and trust what awaits us around the corner.

Today feels a little like that.

I get to reset, recharge, and reconnect during this time, yet I also know it's going to be challenging.

So...

I will be doing a complete media blackout. No phone, texting, Facebook Messenger, or social media for three weeks.

I want to be real with you. Can you see Angel stopping and actually taking time receiving help from so many amazing people in my life?

Hehehe.

Yes, this is going to be a challenge.

I had the first brick phone way back then, if you remember that. Yet I know it is for the best of who I'm becoming, for my physical body and the well-being of my physical body, that I take a break.

As I take a really big deep breath... yes, drinking my water...

I know this is what I get to do that will help with my emotional and spiritual growth, which in turn, I get to help you. I feel blessed and honored for this time of this breakdown to have the breakthrough.

I am accepting accepting and allowing this surgery, recovery, renewal, reconnection, and most of all, receiving the love, the support, and the help with open arms and love.

I'm so blessed with the people in my life, like eWomen Network, my Reiki students, clients, and friends. I am blessed by the outpouring of help and energy healing.

While I'm away, keep taking those big breaths and drinking your water.

Keep programming yourself and directing that energy of easy in your life. That's a reminder from EnergizeUtv—that you create the easy energy of everything. You really can!

Just like I know this is going to be really easy...

After almost a decade producing my TV show, this is the first time that I'm taking this much time away.

It was fun to pick my favorite episodes—actually, your favorite episodes—to replay.

So please enjoy them during my physical absence, yet know I am always here in spirit, being the Activation Catalyst™ that I am.
