✨ What an incredible experience tonight! ✨

I am so grateful for the opportunities and beautiful connections that have come into my life because of Fuerza Local. Tonight I had the honor of being interviewed by 5to Piso, and Entre Mujeres Radio, and it was truly a special experience. 💛

This was my first time being interviewed in Spanish, my first language. Over the years, Spanish is a part of me that I haven’t practiced as much, so stepping into this moment was both exciting and a little outside of my comfort zone. It reminded me how powerful it is to reconnect with our roots, our voice, and our stories.

Thank you to everyone who continues to create spaces where entrepreneurs, women, and our communities can share, grow, and inspire one another. I am so grateful for this journey and all the amazing people I continue to meet along the way. 🌿✨

Today’s session was a powerful reminder that grief isn’t something to rush or “complete”… it’s something to move through, gently and at your own pace. 🤍

I held space for someone very close to me who is carrying layers of grief that no one should have to hold alone. We intentionally created a session focused on what she’s ready to release… and what she hopes to move forward with. As we moved through the hypnotherapy portion, it became clear that her subconscious wasn’t fully ready to step into certain imagery. Not because she can’t heal… but because part of her is still seeking safety within the process.

And that awareness matters. ✨

After the session, we sat together and talked through what came up… what felt heavy, what felt blocked, and where she found herself emotionally. I followed up with Reiki and aromatherapy, supporting her energy, especially around clarity and the third eye, helping her feel a bit more grounded and centered. 🌿💜

We both understood that this is not a one-session journey. We agreed to continue, to gently revisit, and to allow her healing to unfold in a way that feels safe and supported.

Grief is not “one and done.”
It’s sitting in it… walking through it… sometimes pausing in it… and still choosing, little by little, to move forward. 🌅

This morning as I pulled a Chakra Wisdom Card, I received a message that felt deeply aligned with where I am right now. It spoke about being open to sharing, accepting, communicating, and truly connecting — while staying present in this moment, not the past and not the future. Over the last year, I had to place my business to the side as I moved through personal challenges and focused on my own healing. Now, with clarity and intention, I feel ready to recommit my energy to my work and to the beautiful souls I am meant to serve.
The card also reminded me that a smile, kind words, or a heartfelt hug can uplift someone more than we realize. Offering care and support without rescuing, nurturing relationships with respect, and holding space with love — this is the foundation of the work I do.

I know I’ve been a bit MIA, and I truly apologize. Sometimes life pulls us in all different directions, and we have to pause, breathe, and realign. 🌿
