One of MANY reasons why I love(d) her. 😂 She was unapologetically herself, and I try my very best to always be authentically me.

Dolly was beautiful, smart, hilarious, wildly talented, unapologetically feminine, ridiculously glamorous, kind-hearted, and never afraid to laugh at herself. She could be the biggest blonde icon in the room while reminding everyone there was a whole lot more going on upstairs than meets the eye. 👱🏼‍♀️💎😂

I still can’t believe she’s gone. 💔

I’ve never been one to obsess over celebrities EVER because, at the end of the day, they’re just regular people. But that’s exactly why I loved Dolly so much. It never seemed like fame changed her. She stayed true to herself, her roots, her values, and her sense of humor.

The moment I heard she was gone, I knew exactly how I wanted to honor her and celebrate the incredible life she lived. 💗 (for now, that’ll be mine and Dolly’s lil’ secret… 🤫🩷😘)

Because if Dolly taught us anything, it’s to be ourselves, work hard, dream big, laugh often, love generously, and never take ourselves too seriously.
So this one’s for you, Dolly. 💗✨

Still missing you.
Still loving you.
Still laughing at your jokes.

Thank God He goes before me. 🙏 His plans are good, His timing is perfect, and because of that, I can trust Him with my future—even when life feels COMPLETELY upside down, and at times, downright scary!

Y’all... it’s been THE trying-est of weeks and honestly, one of the craziest couple of days I’ve had in a long time. 😅 Or is it? I’d say it’s fair to say the last couple YEARS have pushed me to my absolute limits…

But you know what helps?

🏋️‍♀️ …so you don’t…ehrmm…. 😜

Sometimes all it takes is picking up heavy ‘ish’ and putting it back down to clear your mind, lower the stress, and remind yourself you’re stronger than you feel.

I know it’s only Tuesday... but is it Friday yet?! 😂

🍑 - coming later this week! I just wanted to pop on, let y’all know that, say hi, give a little flex 💪, and remind you that I’m still here—even if life has been life-ing.

And as much as I love what a great workout can do for my mood...

✨ Isn’t it amazing what God can do? ❤️

He’s my peace in the chaos, my strength when I’m running on empty, and the One who reminds me that this season won’t last forever.

“BEFORE” (2019 & 2020)… “DURING” (2021–2024)… and “AFTER” (2025 to present)… if ya know, ya know. 💁🏼‍♀️

I saw the story trend & threw this 2021–2026 collage together super quickly. I definitely didn’t choose the best photos… & I DEFINITELY didn’t choose the worst either. 😅

Honestly, I can barely look at photos from 2021–2024. There was so much pain, inflammation, heartbreak, & stress that led to one autoimmune diagnosis after another. I hid it well… or at least I tried.

I spent years searching for the root cause of my health struggles. Now I know without a doubt. Truthfully… I think I knew all along.

Maybe someday I’ll share my whole story. But for now, all you need to know is this: God got me through it all. 🙏🏼

He carried me through the hardest years of my life—every scary situation, every worrisome diagnosis, every tear, every lonely moment, & every unanswered prayer that was actually being answered in ways I couldn’t yet see. And for that, I am endlessly grateful.

I’m so thankful for my Savior… my Best Friend. ✝️ I truly don’t believe I’d be here today without God’s protection, His provision, & the peace that can only be found in Him.

I’ve FELT Him working in my life. I’ve SEEN His faithfulness with my own eyes. I’ve HEARD Him when I’ve been still enough to listen. (Not audibly 😉… but in the most beautiful, undeniable ways—especially during the hardest seasons.)

Now, with God’s help, I’m fighting my way back to the healthy, strong, joyful, independent woman He created me to be. Every prayer, every workout, every conversation with God, every healthy choice, & every ounce of healing is another step forward. I’m not where I want to be yet… but praise God, I’m not where I was.

People who know my whole story ask me how I still find joy in every day, laugh so much, love so hard, & genuinely have fun in almost everything I do. (Don’t get me wrong… I’m FAR from perfect. 😂)

But all I can say is…
