Apparently not eating for 2 and gaining a healthy amount of weight is triggering to some people. This is not just my opinion but backed in data and research. I don’t say this to hurt feelings but to push you to aim to stay active, eat well, and do your absolute best to be healthy during this stage.

If you want to, don’t listen to me. Eat for 2. It’s your choice.

But if you’re OB is concerned with your weight gain, maybe listen. 🤷‍♀️ Women dropping their doctors for expressing concern and telling them they CAN do something about it is crazy work.

How to make PADSICLES for post partum recovery ❤️‍🩹

Trust me, you’re going to want to save this is you’re pregnant or fresh post partum to help with healing.🤰

All you need is:
1️⃣pads - I used primarily large ones like you would use after birth but having a few sizes is nice
2️⃣Witch hazel (alcohol free, no extra additives
3️⃣Aloe Vera (organic, no extra additives)

Drizzle the witch hazel on top of the pad, add a little bit of aloe Vera. Then freeze!

Post partum, just grab one at a time out the freezer. These act as ice packs that also have anti inflammatory and healing benefits! ❤️

She’s hilarious and absolutely correct.

You cannot outrun or outwork your fork. Mastering nutrition is where most women go wrong.

They hit the gym. They follow a plan. They take the classes. And yet, their body looks the exact same no matter how many reps they put in.

Real talk.

Waiting for the “perfect” day to take care of YOU means you’ll be waiting forever. Perfect doesn’t exist in motherhood. The house is never fully clean. The to-do list never ends. There’s always something.

But YOU? You matter too. ✨

Some days the laundry wins. Some days I do. And I’m done feeling guilty about choosing me because a stronger, healthier me is a better mom, wife, friend, and human. One who shows up with excitement and energy for my kids every day.

Stuck after losing 20, 30, 40+ pounds?

Hot Take: Breastfeeding is peak for fat loss - capitalize on it!

Yes, for some women they feel it’s harder but I believe it’s simply because they don’t understand how to do it. It doesn’t have to be extreme. No, you won’t lose your milk supply.

Some women will breastfeed 1-2 years PER KID and if you’re having a few kids that’s telling a woman to wait 4-6 years before fat loss - that’s insane.

Hot take: lose the weight while breastfeeding 🥛 I can show you dozens of transformations (including my own) of women getting back to goal weight and peak shape that first year postpartum.

And especially if you plan to have multiple kids, you shouldn’t wait to feel good in your skin again.

There is a sweet spot that works like a charm where calories are high, fat loss is happening, and milk supply is thriving if you know how to eat 🩷👍🏼👏
