Apparently not eating for 2 and gaining a healthy amount of weight is triggering to some people. This is not just my opinion but backed in data and research. I don’t say this to hurt feelings but to push you to aim to stay active, eat well, and do your absolute best to be healthy during this stage.
If you want to, don’t listen to me. Eat for 2. It’s your choice.
But if you’re OB is concerned with your weight gain, maybe listen. 🤷♀️ Women dropping their doctors for expressing concern and telling them they CAN do something about it is crazy work.
