I’ve wanted to go deep sea fishing for years… so for my bachelor party weekend in San Diego, the boys made it happen 🌊🎣

And somehow I caught a freaking MAKO SHARK (swipe to the end) 😳

Which is super rare... what a wild experience! (Catch and release, of course.)

Safe to say this was a success (got it take home lots of other types of fish!) and a pretty unforgettable way to celebrate before the big day.

Now 24 days until wedding time, and it’s getting really real! 💍

Look, we’re all for hard work and getting after it...

But not when your health gets sacrificed in the process.

We don’t care how glamorous it looks from the outside or how much money you’re making if you’re completely exhausted, your nervous system is fried, you’re skipping meals because you forget to eat, running on caffeine, and barely taking care of yourself.

We’ve watched mentors and people we looked up to who seemed invincible end up in comas, have strokes, and even lose their lives.

Sure, some people can push through longer than others. But no one can do it forever.

There’s a cost to pushing past your limits over and over again.

And trust us, we learned that the hard way 😅

The good news is that there is another way.

One where success doesn’t come at the expense of your energy or health. Instead, where you build your business while feeling ALIVE.

Yesterday, we were at the (the largest business tour in the US) with VIP access, surrounded by over 1,000 driven entrepreneurs, and it reminded us… 

Being in spaces like this not only pushes your limits, but it can completely redefine them.

What once seemed impossible becomes available.

Because you see someone else doing it, and they become an expander for you.

You learn how they think, show up, and how they got there.

This is why we’re such big believers in investing in yourself and learning from others.

And as mentors ourselves, we’re always doing the same.

I used to think pushing harder was just part of success until it caught up with me…�
I was constantly go, go, go and onto the next thing.�Living on autopilot.�High-strung, anxious, and I thought it was normal.�
That pace eventually led to having grand mal seizures, and I had to face the reality that the way I was living wasn’t sustainable.�
Breathwork broke that cycle for me.
�It helped me calm my mind, reconnect with myself, and feel alive in a way I didn’t even know was possible.
�It became not just an outlet for stress…

but a huge part of my healing journey and ultimately helped me become seizure-free and medication-free.��And ehat I want every entrepreneur to know:

75 days until we say “I do,” and what we’ve realized is this…

Much like entrepreneurship, planning a wedding with intention means creating your own way and choosing alignment over what’s typical.

It’s easy to slip into what others expect and people pleasing, but just like building a business that’s aligned with your vision, this journey asks us to do what’s true to us.

It’s been a humbling reminder that whether it’s a wedding or a mission, we’re not here to do it like everyone else.

We’re here to create from the heart.

Here’s to the intentional choices, the challenges, and the growth… in business and love 🤍
