dear body, I love you.
I’m learning to listen to you more,
not override you.
To slow down when you ask for rest.
To nourish you when you feel depleted.
To support you instead of pushing past your limits.
I’m choosing practices that bring me back to myself.
a warm cup of tea,
a few drops of something calming,
a moment to breathe and feel.
Because caring for my mental health isn’t just in my mind…

• “chill out” to unwind at the end of the day
