Poetic Edda-Bellows translation

Svipdagsmol-Stanza 32

"Women, sick with child, shall seek
Its fruit to the flames to bear;
Then out shall come what within was hid,
and so is it mighty with men."

This portrayal is an Asastrong original depicting the Goddess Idun embracing the golden apples. The writing is reflective of healthy living suggesting that this fruit is a source of wellness for the folk collective. Eat from the tree and from the ground. Midgard here is full of flora and fauna awaiting a connection.

Remember Heathens to throw in some plants with the mead and meat!!!!!! Hail Yggdrasil! Hail Idunna!

violence does sacrifice roots
and there the well told truth
burning fables slacken, lacking proof
rolling deosil until ancestral legends prove

reached Lærath one branch among the climb,
and now I have fashioned my wars
