Circle the City provides healthcare to approximately 8,000 people a year.

Circle the City is a Federally Qualified Health Center and a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides healthcare to all individuals facing homelessness in Maricopa County.

🚨 The need has never been greater.

According to the 2026 Point-In-Time (PIT) Count Report, the number of individuals experiencing homelessness in Mesa has increased over the last year. At the same time, the 2025 Maricopa County Department of Public Health Heat-Related Deaths Report shows Mesa has the second-highest number of heat-related deaths in the county.

💜 That’s why Circle the City’s new East Valley Medical Respite Center is so important. Opening in just a few months, this new 85-bed facility will provide people experiencing homelessness with a safe place to heal after illness, injury, or hospitalization, instead of recovering on the streets.

Now, thanks to an incredible donor, every gift can go twice as far through a $500,000 challenge.

✨ A huge thank you to the Agua Fria High School District for donating 150 kindness kits to support our patients experiencing homelessness across Maricopa County.

🥰 We are so grateful to the students and staff of Agua Fria High School, Desert Edge High School, Millennium High School, Verrado High School, and Canyon View High School, who all participated in this donation drive.

💜 These kindness kits provide comfort, care, and essential items to individuals facing their hardest days, and each one is a reminder that our community cares. Thank you for making a difference!

We’re incredibly honored to be named Organization of the Year by Northern Arizona University Campus Health Services. 💜

This recognition of our physical therapy and occupational therapy program means so much to our team as we continue expanding compassionate healthcare for people facing homelessness.

We recently welcomed our first occupational therapist to Circle the City, helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence as they heal.
