As our work continues to grow across the Phoenix area, we’re looking for people who want to use their skills, experience, and relationships to make a meaningful investment in young people and their communities.
We currently have openings for:
🤝 Strategic Partnerships Coordinator | Full-Time
Join our Development Team and help build and steward relationships with businesses, churches, corporate partners, and community leaders who want to come alongside the work of MentorKids.
📚 Lead Teachers | Part-Time | Tempe Promise Neighborhood
Work directly with K–7th grade students through our after-school and summer programs, leading academic support, Bible lessons, social skills activities, and leadership development.
These roles serve MentorKids in very different ways, but both contribute to the same long-term mission: equipping and empowering youth to become transformative leaders in their lives, families, and communities.
