As we wrap up another pageant season, I’m feeling so proud of the incredible young women I’ve had the opportunity to meet along the way. 💗

A special congratulations to Katelyn Humphrey and Ella Hansen on making it to the semifinals! What an exciting accomplishment and such a beautiful reflection of the confidence, discipline, and hard work that goes into this journey.

One of the things I love most about being part of this community is seeing how confidence can show up in so many different ways. It can be taking care of your health, investing in your mindset, showing up with courage, and yes, sometimes choosing to care for the way you look and feel too.

For me, aesthetics should never be about becoming someone else. It should support the person you already are and help you feel refreshed, confident, and cared for.

Congratulations again, Katelyn and Ella, and to all of the amazing women who made this pageant season so special. ✨

SPF myths are everywhere, but daily sun protection does not have to be complicated. 💗

Cloudy days still count. Makeup with SPF usually is not enough on its own. And sunscreen needs to be reapplied, especially when you are spending time outdoors, swimming, or sweating.

A dedicated broad-spectrum SPF, applied generously and consistently, is one of the simplest ways to support your skin long term.
