After five years with Team Select, Gianina’s words reflect something we never take for granted: the trust families place in our teams.

That trust has meant having a team available to answer questions, help her work through challenges, and stay connected to their son’s plan of care.

It’s the kind of support that can make a big difference in the everyday realities of caring for a medically complex child.

“Don’t be afraid to speak up for your kid.”

For Thomas’s parents, that has meant asking questions, staying involved, and continuing to advocate for what he needs throughout his care journey.

This National Case Management Week, we’re celebrating the dedication, compassion, and expertise our Case Managers bring to patients and families every day!

Our Case Managers help guide families through next steps, support our nurses, communicate with providers, and keep care teams connected as a patient’s needs change.

CareSightAI™ gives our clinical teams another way to recognize changes to patient needs across days, weeks and months of analyzed data. Paired with their clinical experience and understanding of each patient and family, that insight helps guide communication, care decisions, and next steps.

It is one way we’re investing in the work our Case Managers already do: advocating for patients and helping families navigate care.

Aubree, Emily, Amor, Margaret, Braydon, and all of our Team Select Case Managers — thank you for the difference you make every day. ❤️

It became a strong reminder of what she loves about being a nurse. Through Private Duty Nursing, she has been able to focus on one patient, build a meaningful relationship, and witness progress over time.

For nurses who want the opportunity to see the impact of their care in a more personal, one-on-one setting, Private Duty Nursing can offer a different kind of experience.

For McKynzie, these words say so much about what it means to care for her daughter.

She describes how support from Team Select has helped her focus on Fynn’s care and the life she wants her daughter to enjoy.

Her experience also brings attention to an option other families may not know about: becoming a trained, paid caregiver for a loved one through an eligible family caregiver program.

Curious about home health care but not sure what to expect?

Hear from someone who did not picture herself working in a 1:1 setting either and explain what that difference looked like in her day-to-day care.

After working in a hospital, Nathalie found something she appreciated about home health care: being able to focus on one patient while staying in communication with her leader and the family.

Team Select’s Got Talent - and we can prove it!

We gave our team members the chance to share a talent, hobby, or passion that means something to them. Thank you to everyone who participated, and congratulations to our winner, Teagan!

Teagan is a nurse with our Boston-area team and, outside of work, is training to become a commercial helicopter pilot. She has logged more than 150 flight hours, earned an international flight-training scholarship through Whirly-Girls International, and is now just 15 hours away from her commercial license.

More than anything, this reminded us how much there is to celebrate about the people who make Team Select what it is.

Great nurses. Great teammates. Incredible people. One seriously talented Team Select!

Your first role should help you build confidence as a nurse, not leave you feeling overwhelmed and burnt out.

For many new grad nurses, the hospital is often presented as the traditional first step. But home health care can offer a different kind of opportunity: 1:1 patient care, hands-on experience, family connection, and support as you grow into your nursing career.

At Team Select, our recruiting and clinical teams work together to help new nurses understand the role, feel prepared, and find the right fit.

POV: You are a Team Select nurse refreshing your skills at your local office Skills Fair.

Our Skills Fair gave nurses the opportunity to come together, practice hands-on skills, ask questions, and connect with our clinical team.

At Team Select, we believe confidence in care is built through ongoing education, teamwork, and a culture that supports nurses at every step.

Thank you to the nurses who joined us, showed up ready to learn, and continue making a difference for the patients and families we serve.

If hands-on support, clinical guidance, and continued growth matter to you, we'd love to connect. Explore exciting opportunities here: https://na2.hubs.ly/H07vKRz0

Home health nursing gives you the opportunity to trust your skills and truly know your patient.

For Karlene, that means relying on her assessment skills, thinking critically when something changes, and understanding her patient as a whole person - not just a diagnosis.

That balance of clinical independence and meaningful connection is what makes private duty nursing such a rewarding career.

If meaningful one-on-one care speaks to you, we'd love to connect.

The best interviews are a two-way conversation.

While a recruiter is getting to know you, it’s also your opportunity to ask about the patients, understand the role, get to know the company, and decide whether the opportunity aligns with what you want from your nursing career.

Listen to our Talent Acquisition Manager as he shares the questions and qualities that can help make those conversations count.
