Somatic Bodywork Practitioner Training Level 2 - what a beautiful day

I am so grateful to be sharing this work I am passionate about with the future practitioners & healers

My method has developed over hundreds of healing sessions and years of practice/ learning - a “method” that feels more like an ancestral wisdom

One that flows through me the moment my hand touches the body - one that has taken years to put into words let alone teach

Today we witnessed these women’s wisdom come to life - my method isn’t something you follow it’s an initiation into your own flow with a foundation of body language & technique

One thing is for sure, this is what I am here in this lifetime to do - to teach, activate, guide

Because when these women bring this work to others I trust they have gentle touch, pure intentions and unconditional care for every soul that comes across their table

Recently a client came to see after a Psilocybin retreat

It revealed her deeply rooted patterns, she could even point me to exactly why she was stuck in this & where it all started

But something I noticed almost immediately?

She spoke as if it was separate from her

She could intellectualize her experience because it was at a safe arms length distance

The mushrooms peeled the veil back & she dropped right back into her world where nothing changed yet she became hyper aware - so much so she dissociated further

This is a common pattern I see where we put our healing into the hands of ceremony, practitioners, plant medicine

And when we leave still holding our pain but now can fully see what we’re holding - we hit a moment of “what now..?”

And it’s because you’re missing the biggest point of it all - you are the medicine

No amount of awareness will give you capacity for heaing -
It’s about space to hold yourself in the emotion, pattern or resistance to choose a different experience
