Due to the snow, we will be closing today at 11:00am.

PEBA Patients (STATE EMPLOYEES and RETIREES)- We’ve got you covered, now and in 2026!

Starting January 1, 2026, CVS Caremark will take over as the pharmacy benefits manager for the State Health Plan (PEBA).

💡Important Note: Even though your new card will say CVS Caremark, you are NOT required to use a CVS Pharmacy. You can still choose to fill your prescriptions with us- same copays, less waiting time and friendly service!
