🔹️A good nice sleep
🔹️Making myself a priority
🔹️Living intentially
🔹️Not putting so much on my plate
🔹️Being ok with saying no
🔹️Listening to my body

Looks like...... 𝐏𝐔𝐑𝐄 𝐏𝐄𝐀𝐂𝐄.
And Im embracing every bit of it

I havent always felt this way.
But my mind body and spirit DEMANDED
me to change. So glad Im finally listening.

I definitely was that YES GIRL
•I will do it
•I dont mind
•I got it.

I actually wore it as a badge of honor
But it became exhausting and actually did not serve me well.

Since setting boundaries,
I give from a place of love and not resentment
Im more present for those dear to me.

Really if you think about it.....
Everybody WINS when you do.
