Our Dayton, OH facility was pleased to host a group of University of Kentucky College of Engineering students for an engaging visit. The day included an informative presentation and facility tour led by members of our Engineering and Quality teams, who shared insights into Paragon Medical’s work, processes, and commitment to quality.

Thank you to the students and faculty for visiting. We enjoyed the opportunity to connect, share knowledge, and inspire the next generation of engineers! 👏🏼

Jospeh has been at Paragon Medical for 45 years and plays a pivotal role in ensuring the precision and quality of the medical components gets delivered to our customers. As team lead, his expertise in CNC lathe operations helps uphold the high quality our products are known for.

Outside of his technical contributions, Joseph is passionate about sharing his knowledge with new team members and strengthening his team!
