Felt so good to be back in studio 3! Thanks to everyone who came to my first post-op class!

Also, before I had surgery, I trimmed the big spider plants in the windows and grew some baby plants to keep me company during my recovery. They are ready to go to good homes so feel free to grab one next time you come to class!

These 13 BURNERS smashed the goal. The Summer Show Up challenged this group to show up to class 15 times a month during the summer months - June, July and August. Many of them surpassed the 15 class requirement. Proud of you!
