As our program funding comes to a close, we want to express our deep appreciation for the opportunity to serve our community. Working alongside such dedicated organizations has been an honor, and together we’ve been able to reach so many people in meaningful ways.
To the participants and community members we’ve had the privilege to serve — thank you. Your trust and willingness to grow with us have been the heart of this program. We are grateful for every story shared, every connection made, and every step forward taken together.

Our Harm Reduction Team is at Shorty Jo’s in Hueysville until 12:00 PM today providing syringe exchange services.
We also have FREE Naloxone (Narcan) available for anyone in the community who may need it. 💜
