As a Natural Health Educator, my purpose is to educate, encourage curiosity, and share information about nutrition, herbs, vitamins, minerals, lifestyle, and wellness traditions. I believe everyone has the right to learn about both conventional and natural approaches to health and to make informed decisions that are best for them. Healthy conversations and respectful differences of opinion are always welcome.
