Do NOT switch health insurance over a phone call either! Only make adjustments IN PERSON with an actual insurance agent. These “advantage” plans only take advantage of YOU. Stick with the traditional Medicare Red-white-blue card. Otherwise you are at the whim of the company selling you the “advantage” plan. The food/drug coverage card they promise you for $100.00 a month does NOT make up for the losses elsewhere.
