Please welcome our new counselor to Enrich Counseling! Mary Coates is an in-person Counselor at Enrich Counseling. She is a Catholic Christian counselor/ Life Coach who has been helping families in the Southern Tier for 30 + years. Mary works with children, teens, and adults to assist them to navigate life’s troubled waters more effectively. Mary holds a MS in general clinical psychology and has worked extensively with various vulnerable populations. She has been certified as and engaged in parent advocacy and as an educational advocate for children and parents.

Mary seeks, by the Grace of God, to offer individual counseling services for adults and children 8 years and up, behavioral specialist/consultant services for children 2-8, with or without a diagnosis of any kind. Mary also plans to offer group counseling for adults, teens and children ( grouped by ages) in the areas of understanding and mastering emotions, understanding and refocusing maladaptive perceptions, and gaining social proficiency through strengthened values.

This is a worth a minute of a your time to read. Thanks for this reminder, Bethany!

Imagine this with me… A million mighty angels falling face down on the floor just to sing “Holy is the Lord”.

Now, imagine this… those same mighty, and fierce, angels that are lying prostrate before the Lord are at His command for ME.

Let’s meditate on this for a moment… The Lord that is worshipped by a million battle-ready angels, and Who has all dominion and power, is interceding on MY behalf. He is sitting on the right hand of the Father praying and cheering ME on.

So then, why do I still worry? Why am I still anxious? Why do I still have bouts of depression? Why do I blame and doubt myself?

In all of this, I will continue to “Echo Holy is the Lord”. Because He is Holy and Worthy, and He always will be.
