Four Pines Physical Therapy-Pinedale Office Outpatient physical therapy group providing physical therapy to Sublette County & surrounding areas.

Four Pines Physical Therapy has been serving the surrounding communities since 1997. We provide physical therapy services that support our community, which includes post-operative and non-operative orthopedic rehabilitation, sports medicine, fall prevention, physical therapy for back and neck pain, pelvic floor rehab for men, women, and children, and prenatal and postpartum rehab. We provide custom orthotics, video running analysis, video assessment of the barbell athlete, and a physical therapy annual physical exam.

Mark your calendars! Sublette Trails Association has a whole day of activities planned to celebrate the public lands we love and the recreation they afford.

Among the activities: town fun run, ultrarunning athlete panel in collaboration with Four Pines Physical Therapy and supported by Great Outdoor Shop as well as shuttle laps for the sendy mountain bikers out there on Elk Chase!
