💜 June is Alzheimer’s & Brain Awareness Month 💜
Alzheimer’s affects so many families, caregivers, and loved ones in our community. This month is a reminder to raise awareness, offer support, and learn more about the everyday habits that can help promote brain health.
Things like staying active, getting good sleep, managing blood pressure, and challenging your mind can all support your brain over time. According to the Alzheimer’s Association, healthy habits may help lower the risk of cognitive decline and possibly dementia — even for people with a history of dementia in their families.
