The EIM club is having a final Challenge!! We would love for you to join us on April 28th at 6:00 for our FitNest Fest. We will be having about 8 challenges for students to complete, such as a Scooter Race, Bowling, Mini Golf, food challenge, and many more fun challenges.
If I haven’t sparked your interest with the name of the event or some of the challenges you can face, then maybe a Grand prize will. We will be giving out a Grand prize which includes a cash award, and two other prizes will be given out.
We encourage every student and Faculty/Staff to come and challenge yourself, Support the Kinesiology students and just have FUN!!
Watch for flyers to be posted on campus.

And if you don’t check your email, Mrs. Johnson has made it a convocation. So if you need a credit for one come join!!

Hey guys,
Tomorrow night, Thursday the 24th, is Trivia Night in Cushing Hall! We have had several teams sign up, but we want to invite anyone who missed that original deadline! Just reply to this email or come by tomorrow evening.

Please remember to bring your $1 per person. We will also have drinks and candy bars for sale for $1. All of the proceeds from trivia night will go towards the EIM club in preparation for our Spring Fitness Event we will host in

Please consider joining the ALC Exercise is Medicine (EIM) Club for a night of trivia!! Our very own Dr. Paul Yeary will be our host for the evening. You can get up with a friend or two and make a team or be an individual! The first place winner will receive a $50 Walmart Gift Card!!

Puppy Love Event 2/10/22! This event had a great turn out. Walking has many benefits to a healthy lifestyle.
Thank you to our hunger din for providing hot chocolate. Thank you to our amazing professors wife Megan for our human snacks. Thank you for all the professors that attended and students who came and supported our Kinesiology class.
