Kurt’s been part of the BHPT crew since February 2025, bringing unmatched humor, high energy, and a very special love for dead bugs to the gym floor! 🐜

He’s so dedicated that he arrives 30 minutes early every session to get warmed up and practice his stretches—and he especially makes sure not to miss a day when Therapy Dog Olivia is on shift! 🐶

Join us Saturday, October 24 at 9:00 AM for a special HIIT-style workout with Coach Mark + Zumba with Lisa as we come together to support breast cancer research. 🎀

Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate with us! From old faces to new, it was so special to see people from every stage of BHPT’s journey all together in the place we built as a family. ❤️

For one night, we got to look around the room and see just how many people have helped make Be Healthy what it is today. We are so grateful for every person who has walked through our doors, shared a workout, supported our community, and continues to be a part of the Be Healthy Fam.
