Many over the years have asked when we would be writing a book about Lyme disease remission. There are some obstacles that make us think this is a bad idea. I'll list them here. Let us know what you think.
1 The "generic" path to remission is the same; fix the gut, fix sleep, move something, supplements when needed and address mental/emotional health. However the "specific" path to do so is different for everyone. Anything we write would not apply to many. This is why working with us is recommended so we can monitor and guide.
2 Everyone is at a different starting place in their Lyme story. This makes it difficult to provide relevant info while not being overwhelming. Plus it would recommend making an appointment with us which defeats the purpose of a book.
If we were to write something, what would be helpful?
