Pitman Pharmacy offers compounded Sema with B12 and Tirz. Effective June 8th our prices are the following for a 4 week supply:

Sema with B12
0.25mg and 0.5mg weekly $149 for 4 weeks
1mg, 1.7mg and 2.4mg weekly $299 for 4 weeks

Tirz
2.5mg and 5mg weekly $249 for 4 weeks
7.5mg, 10mg, 12.5mg and 15mg weekly $399 for 4 weeks

Just have your doctor send a prescription over for the brand name but include in the common section that compounded product is OK to dispense. 856-589-2392.
