Monday Pause 🌅

Sometimes a pause is simply taking a moment to be still.

To watch the sun go down.
To breathe a little deeper.
To let the day slow down around you.

Take the pause. You deserve it. 🤍

📱 8:01 AM

“Mom, I forgot my water bottle.”

“Mom, I forgot my Chromebook charger.”

“Can you bring it?”

School has been back for approximately four minutes. 😂

We love them. We would do anything for them.

But perhaps we don’t need to do everything for them.

🎒 School is back. So are your boundaries.

Before you fill those newly kid-free hours with errands, laundry, forgotten water-bottle deliveries and the 427 things you said you’d tackle once school started…

Take a day for you.

🌿 Your $99 Pitman Healing House Day Pass includes:

🔥 Infrared Sauna
🧂 Salt Room
❤️ Red Light Therapy
❄️ Fire & Ice Facial
〰️ Vibration Plate
🦶 Relaxing Foot Soak

Slow down. Move from service to service at your own pace. Sit for a while. Enjoy the quiet.

Their water bottle will survive.

Their Chromebook battery is between them and God. 😂

🎒 PARENTS. WE KNOW.

For months, you’ve been saying:

“I’ll do it when the kids go back to school.”

Well.

They went back. 😂

And somehow that list already has 47 things on it.

The laundry.
The errands.
The appointments.
The closets you were going to organize.
The things you were going to clean.
The projects you were going to finally tackle.

But before you spend your first kid-free hours catching up on everything…

What if you didn’t?

What if you took ONE day and put yourself at the top of the list?

🌿 A $99 Pitman Healing House Day Pass gives you a few hours to slow down and enjoy:

🔥 Infrared Sauna
🧂 Salt Room
❤️ Red Light Therapy
❄️ Fire & Ice Facial
〰️ Vibration Plate
🦶 Relaxing Foot Soak

Move from service to service. Sit for a while. Take your time.

The laundry will still be there.

We checked. It’s incredibly loyal. 😂
