Be intentional. 🤍

It’s so easy to get caught up in planning the season… the schedules, the appointments, the shopping, the activities, the next thing on the calendar.

But don’t be so busy planning the season that you forget to actually live it.

Slow down.

Put the phone down.
Look around the table.
Listen to the little stories.
Take the picture.
Let the house be a little messy.
Say yes to the extra bedtime story.
Sit outside for five more minutes.
Enjoy the people God has placed right in front of you.

Your time and your energy are precious. Spend them intentionally.

Because one day, you’ll look back and realize the moments you were so busy trying to organize were the moments you were supposed to be soaking in. 🤍

Don’t just make memories happen. Be present enough to notice them.

This season, I’m choosing intentional over busy. ✨

Before anything else, I’m a woman of faith, a wife, a mama, and just a girl who genuinely believes that Jesus and family are what life is all about.

When I’m not soaking up time with my family, drinking coffee, or adding something to my calendar so I won't forget it, I’m probably learning.

Hands-on training is a MUST for me. I believe you build skill, confidence, and true competency by getting your hands involved — not just sitting behind a screen.

I’ve completed advanced aesthetic training through hands-on mentorship and specialized education with nationally and internationally recognized aesthetic educators, and I’m constantly continuing my education because I never want to stop getting better at what I do.

At Skin Deep, my focus goes far beyond just “looking younger.”
