Today I had the opportunity to be part of the PSU Employee Wellness Fair, sharing a little more about the work I do and the practices I am beginning to bring into my offerings.

I truly believe healing can begin in small moments: one intentional breath, one honest check-in, one choice to slow down.

I am grateful for every conversation and every person who is curious about finding a more connected way forward.
