If you haven’t already, watch this heroic video of a 15 year old saving the life of her 3 year old family member. She was the only person in a house full of adults who knew CPR after the little girl slipped into the family pool. If they had waited until EMS arrived, the outcome would’ve been drastically different.

Take a look around at your holiday table. Who would be able to save you or a loved one if the unthinkable were to happen?

In honor of this story, and Cyber Monday, we would like to offer $100 off your in-home CPR seminar. Do not wait until something bad happens to be trained!

Over the past week, we have had the pleasure of training almost 40 coaches, board members, and other volunteers of Shaler Area Little League. Getting ready for the Spring season involves so much more than cutting grass and grooming the fields. Thanks to the dedication of these individuals to their player’s well-being, they are now ready to handle any emergency situation that could arise (but hopefully won’t!)

Have a fun and SAFE season! ⚾️🥎

❤️We are still booking special group trainings for your youth sports leagues for the spring season-contact us today for more info! ❤️

With the events at last night’s NFL game, I felt compelled to make a post.

The truth of the matter is that what happened to Damar Hamlin, can happen to anyone while playing sports. It is a very rare occurrence, but there’s always a risk of a blow to the chest causing an arrhythmia, which can then lead to cardiac arrest.

I’m writing this not to capitalize on such a tragic event, but to bring awareness specifically to youth sports leagues and CPR training. Do you know if your child’s coach is CPR certified? Are there AED’s available on site?

If you do not know, please ask the administrator of your league. If the answer is no, then please request that the coaches get certified. If, God forbid, anything like this would happen to any child, I want them to have the same quick response that Damar Hamlin had last night, which will greatly increase the chance of survival from an event like this.

If your teams are not in our area, I will help you to find a training. If you are in the Pittsburgh area, I will offer a greatly discounted rate because I just want all coaches to be trained.

Please share this post and reach out if we can help in any way ❤️❤️
