Did YOU ever think of a time that breaks your heart the most?

Maybe YOU had a physical injury that made YOU want to die
Maybe YOU lost the LOVE of your life to the UN
Maybe YOU lost so many that YOU LOVE and had to watch their family hurt
Maybe your career just took a huge turn for what feels like the worst
Maybe someone YOU loved so much cheated and lied to YOU so bad but YOU could taste all of the truth see it in every dream
Maybe YOU had to cut off people that YOU really LOVE because YOU couldnt take one more thing
Maybe YOU had to walk away from a job because it didnt really fit your life anymore
Maybe someone YOU LOVE got hooked on drugs and YOU couldnt make them see how special they really are

These are just some that I have been through.. I KNOW so many of us go through soooo much! Heartbreak fu***ng hurts family.... I KNOW cause I go through it... and we dont get to this magical place where we are so healed or fixed we are dead... if YOU are living ... heartbreak is a swirling! And it usually gets at us when we are least expecting it... whew that is why it is such a hitta...we aint never ready for the s**t!

But if we can learn to sit with it.. and not busy ourselves trying to forget it.. if we can learn to ask for solutions for it... and not just ignore it all.. if we can really learn to pull it into us.. nurture it... and find ....and it will have YOU in the doo doo for real..

There will be many times where YOU dont feel good enough, strong enough, smart enough, able enough.... YOU will feel less than, sad, mad, miserable.... it will hurt... deeply!

But YOU have to invite LOVE in... YOU have to ask LOVE to help YOU learn about this... clear YOU out.. clean YOU up... make YOU over! Your passion is not just going to pop out right away either.. it takes time and patience family... it takes plugging away and making mistakes ... YOU have to dust it off.. take a break if YOU need to ... then get back on the horse..

We must face what hurts us... we must learn to nurture it alone.. but not really alone with LOVE.. we must learn to build a relationship with LOVE.. we must learn to ask it things and listen to what it tells us.. we must learn to take the action in our own lives... we must learn to make mistakes and try again.. we must learn to feel our feelings and what they are trying to tell us.. we need to learn to be more confident... we must learn what our hearts want.. we must learn to communicate that.. we must learn how to flex our imaginations.. we must learn that we are all connected and what that means to us...

We must learn that being SELFISH IS SELF LOVE!

Today is a great day to imagine what YOU LOVE.. imagine if YOU could do, have, or be anything... what would it be... dont try to figure out how to get there today.. just spend some time imaging it... we must learn how all of our energy centers work with us... we must learn how our energy centers are aligned with the earths... we must learn our internal guidance systems... we have to learn these things...

We must learn that our own imaginations can bring about some serious fears... and how to ask LOVE to help us through those... sometimes LOVE sends us people, books, a movie, a stranger, a billboard... or even just a quiet message in your mind... the more YOU learn to listen the more you get the messages.... the more YOU learn to trust the messages that are being sent...

The sacral and 3rd eye are directly connected... to help YOU with this.. the healing frequencies work wonders.. God/LOVE speaks and helps through frequency... turn them on and try them out... they help us clear out and fill up... this is WHY I LOVE doing Reiki Remix on these two days.. and we didnt even plan this s**t this way.. it just fell in line that way.. that is how our passion are... they just work out.. YOU dont really have to try so hard.. look so hard... just do what YOU LOVE and it is right there.. right time right day... all falls into place when it is truly divinely orchestrated...

Whew I LOVE the wiz!!!

My neck was crinked spine was tight didn’t hurt too bad… but that had my mood offf! I was feeling feisty… easily agitated ..super short tempered!!

Booked it over to the wiz right after my last apt yesterday.. felt relief immediately… was so sleepy by 8pm!!

Woke up brand fu***ng new new!!

I LOVE bodywork 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼 giving it and getting it… chiropractic goes with massage like peanut butter, bananas, and honey 🍯

Happy New Day family... well evening here in my zone!

I KNOW many are going through it... but LOVE constantly reminds me I AM never alone!

Ask in... ask up... ask out... keep it real!

We may not be able to say it outloud and trust me sometimes that is better... not everyone is really here to care about the way we feel...

I call God LOVE... but I honor how any of YOU get down.... we all have a very special and unique way that we connect and feel that connection...that is why when we try it other peoples ways we can feel like LOVE is letting us down...

It's not about what YOU call it... running to the churches to be saved... it's not about what religion made YOU feel like YOU have done wrong.... when YOU tune into the LOVE inside YOU it is always pushing YOU to win! It's not about what others say about YOU... what they gather from what YOU believe... tuning into this LOVE is an inside job.... inside of us is everything we really need!

Connect in... yes others can help us by sharing what they do... we can take pieces from here here and there... the things that for us feel like truth... dont let others steer your their way... tell YOU all the ways YOU are wrong... the LOVE inside YOU dont care what others feel about YOU... its been cheering YOU on all along!

I have so many things that I have worked on already.... and still so much more to go... I sure dont know every thing.. but I do know that when we work on the relationship with LOVE inside of us... that thang will just continue to grow..

We gotta foster that relationship within us... we gotta learn to listen to it when it speaks through us... we gotta experiment with the questions we ask.... and when we get the answers learn to navigate that and trust.

The LOVE inside of us wants us to LOVE ourselves... more than any body else... the LOVE inside of us wants us to get to KNOW it.... practice communicating with it... and really learn to trust!

Mondays are a very connected day... YOU can see signs and synchs everywhere.... then Tuesday will take us deep down into the roots.... into the shadows of self... but LOVE is still right there..

Weather we are up or down... in or out... feeling great or feeling awful.... LOVE runs off of universal law..... LOVE made self LOVE lawful! This is what they dont tell us... this is what they dont want us to KNOW... the LOVE inside of us is unstoppable... however YOU believe or dont believe in God... just let that self LOVE glow!

Happy New Day family! The root werk in swirling around in the energies today... are YOU blaming others? For not doing things your way?

Your way is for YOU.. not for the world to conform... but somehow or another... people expect this way as the norm.

We can do, have, or be..... anything we want in this life... if we learn to really tune into us... that is the only way that things will feel like they are all going right!

The roots are where we come from... the old dusty beliefs... do YOU check in to see what is working for YOU? And make the time to clear out what YOU no longer need?

The roots is the safety and security... we cant look to the outside for any of this... we really have to work this within... or its always going to feel amiss. It's not up to others to make YOU feel safe secure... it's a YOU and YOU thing... and if YOU are wanting it this way.... YOU may always feel unsure!

Where we come from there was alot of hurt and pain.. but also so much strength up in there... this is the action space... we must take action for self... to show the universe how much we care!

Taking action for self can feel so tiring... I get it.. because I do my life myself all the time... I get it what it feels like to wish someone would come in and drop YOU a line.... once YOU learn to do this for self... take some action... then YES the universe will show YOU great favor.... but if YOU just sit there and wait to be saved.....YOU will just get what YOU put in... YOU get to chose the flavor.

Root work takes action... we dont have to do any great big things... we must start off small and learn to work it... to learn that we can literally do anything!

Mistakes, sin, and judgement... those are the heavy things lurking in the shadows... we gotta go deep within.... but we must learn to start out in the shallow...

Dip your toe in... the roots are the real about YOU... bad things dont just happen... we dont attract them out of the blue...

What do YOU hate? What cant YOU stand? What really bothers YOU? We are all both woman and man! What triggers YOU for real... and would YOU be mad if I said those are your blessings....Universal Law is steady teaching the lessons...

Do YOU dare to dive in.... I go deep... but its all true... the magic is in YOU... but we gotta work it to make it do what it do!

I have experimented with me... Im no where next to done... but I AM proud of where I have come.... I used to be so miserable... and now even in the hardest times I make myself find the fun...

The shadows can feel like the doo doo... but it is us that keeps attracting the s**t... do YOU get thankful for every single little thing? Or take it all as a personal attack... and throw an inner child bitch fit?

No one or nothing in the world.. needs to change anything for YOU.... it's up to change our own frequency.... and learn how to work our own inner power.....to bring the magic out in any room...

I used to feel like the world was against me... like I didnt stand a chance... But I had to learn how to embrace the light and dark in myself... and keep practicing until they learned to dance...

We are all light and dark... masculine and feminine... we are all good and bad.... we all can breathe it out and let it in!

All of the things that I can do.... YOU can all do too... healing doesnt just happen in one session... it's a lifetime of learning the cues....

We all have many choices... some of us just need to choose a better feeling though... 7 seconds of doing that.... can really change our lives and bring us from the bottom to the top!

I KNOW YOU can all do this.... but I KNOW it takes work.... bring ourselves to KNOWING we are the greatest LOVE... from feeling like the biggest jerk... learning our own internal power... from feeling so lost alone and afraid...

Root work is really for everyone.... but YOU will only inner stand this when YOU tune into the internal brave!

Happy Monday family.... toot them fu***ng roots.... I KNOW we can do this... my life is my proof!

I KNOW I still have so much to learn and live.... but I get to really enjoy the blessings of my work.. and play with my life now like a kid!

We get what we give... we attract that of what we are...

I keep my lights up bright at night now... because they creep creep in the dark. They pretend they dont see YOU because they really want to be YOU... or they just want to steal your spark!

All watchers have different reasons... YOU gotta find out what resonates with YOU... but if YOU have been feeling this way... KNOW it's not always easy finding out the truth!

YOU make it so look easy they tell me... even though I share how hard it all really is... they act like they LOVE YOU... they put bad words on you... they even do it to our kids.

That is where I turn into a beast!

Some of them try to act just like YOU... mimic every single word..... some just follow and will never admit... they will smile all up in your face... but they on that heavy jealousy envious s**t. They want your clarity to feel like a blur.

If YOU feel it trust it fam! That is internal wisdom laying down some real.

They tell YOU how betrayed they have been.... all while they are doing that same s**t to YOU... I used to never want to believe any of this... but fam it is so fu***ng true!

They KNOW YOU gotta a huge heart... and they will try YOU so many ways...

I dont say this to put YOU in fear... YOU must be aware... and keep those protections up strong.....they really cant do anything to YOU unless YOU let them .... YOU may have been feeling it and trying to communicate it.. they tell YOU YOU are crazy... but your intuition been right all along.

Be patient and let LOVE show YOU... I promise YOU will see eventually.

It's an energetic thing... some of these people do not even realize what they do... some feed off of making YOU angry.... they LOVE to take your happy, and see YOU feel so blue.

Dont quit what YOU are doing... keep letting that beautiful heart lead... keep yourself protected... they try to energetically feed... they want YOU to be mean and mad... they want to switch the LOVE in YOU to hate... they want to side track YOU from your LOVE mission.... keep tuning into what YOU LOVE and what makes YOU feel great!

This is why I LOVE LOVE LOVE me the 528hz!

They dont want YOU to be so grounded... so tuned into the way YOU feel... they dont want YOU to be so confident.... because they are hurting for real.... they dont want YOU to be in LOVE with your life... because they hate the mess that they made... they dont want YOU to speak about this truth... because it will mess up their facade.... they dont want YOU to trust your intuition.. because it will tell YOU every time... they dont want YOU to feel so connected... because they KNOW that YOU will be heavily protected every time...

GOD body baby... and they get so offended!

Some of them come off as being so godly or spiritual... some come off as best friends... some act like they dont even see YOU or KNOW YOU... but they will mimic YOU and its all pretend!

Only YOU can raise your vibration... and it takes much inner work for real fam... it's not something that can be copied.... it's not something one can just pretend...

Everyone who has done this to me... I KNEW it from the start... but I didnt trust myself enough to stop it... they manipulate like an art... some can be a lover... some can play the friend role... but if YOU feel it and dont put an end to it.... it can take a fu***ng toll...

Your kids won't really like them... see that was always my sign... my baby won't just flat out say it... but she be droppin lines..... I do pay attention to that.... and we talk about it... I try to tell her how I learn from her everyday.... it's important to mommy what YOU feel about folks... because about my baby I DONT FU***NG PLAY!

I was trying to get proof... but fam the proof is in the pudding... evil entities are slick ya see... they KNOW exactly what they are doing... they all have different motives... different faces... and come from many places... they do it from far away... or right up in your face...

I LOVE the way the universe works... cause at the same time I was sorting out all the f**kery and fakery.... it kept sending me some of the very best folks... people that really care about me and got my back for real..... that are here to inspire me on my mission... and my team aint no fu***ng joke!

It can be people in your family... people in your job.. people in your neighborhood.... and just some folks that watch... keep that projection up up up family... they want to have us triggered... because what YOU have inside of YOU is BIG important... they do this s**t when YOU have a super special soul mission!

Dont get distracted... dont let down your guard.... do what YOU need to do out here.... and dont ever ever stop... yes YOU can take a rest... these mother fu***rs can wear YOU down.... YOU gotta figure out the best way to get at it for YOU... they are going to always be around... they can take many different forms and shapes... they can just watch and never say a word... they want to get into your clear focus... and make life seem like a blur...

Clear up your life... clean up the damn trash... go with what YOU feel... nurture all of YOU... and KNOW it's OK to be a little brash! LOVE will send YOU helpers... people who really get it.... people that really want what is best for YOU.... the ones like YOU that want to see YOU win!

Tune into what YOU LOVE daily... dont let them steal your shine... meditate more....tune in in in and trust.... keep your house clean and protected... dont let just anyone in thats a must... dont get distracted too long... and KNOW if YOU get off track a little .. everything will be just fine! Put protection around YOU and your kids.... and all of the things that YOU LOVE with your whole heart.... these folks are just a distraction... just out here trying to take or steal your spark! They KNOW your mission is divine...

Stay in your lane family!

Some of these people are just big big hurt... and dont want to take the time to fix it... some of them just dont give a f**k... and just came here to f**k YOU up on your path... its not all LOVE and light out here fam... dont get it twisted!

As the vibration is lifting ... this s**t is getting more apparent..... all of this s**t is being exposed.... I talk about it cause it's real af.... and fam we just gotta Always Think Up.. stay on them toes...
