When you finally figure out the difference between Cushing’s, Conn’s, and Addison’s… and suddenly every patient looks hormonal.
Let’s break it down:

💥 Cushing’s = too much cortisol → think moon face & mood swings.
💧 Conn’s = too much aldosterone → sodium hoarder, potassium dropper.
🌵 Addison’s = not enough of either → tired, tan, and hypotensive.

Basically if your patient’s blood pressure, skin tone, and mood are all confused, it’s probably endocrine.
