Comment GUIDE and I’ll send you a free wellness guide + the podcast that shifted my perspective completely. 🩷

This is my personal experience navigating hormonal changes, stress, and learning how to better support my body through a difficult season of life.

At 41, I underwent a complete hysterectomy and double mastectomy, which led to surgical menopause. Shortly after, I lost my dad — my best friend. Physically, mentally, and emotionally, I felt disconnected from myself in ways I can’t fully explain.

I’m not here to tell anyone what they should do. I simply believe education matters, and I’m grateful for the resources and conversations that helped me better understand my body and my options.

If you’re navigating a similar season, maybe these resources can help you too. 🤍

Some of the comments people make about how others choose to manage their health and wellness are honestly shocking.

The judgment. The assumptions. The cruel opinions from people who have never lived in that person’s body, experienced their struggles, or taken the time to actually research the science.

What’s interesting is that many of the loudest opinions come from people who have never looked deeper into the evidence.

Because these medications are being studied for far more than changes in body composition.

✨ Research is exploring their role in cardiovascular and metabolic health.
✨ Studies are investigating how they may help regulate cravings and addictive behaviors.
✨ Emerging data is looking at potential neurological and brain health benefits.
✨ Many people report improvements in energy, mobility, sleep, and overall quality of life.
✨ Scientists continue studying the connection between metabolic health, inflammation, aging, and longevity.

Yet people still reduce the conversation to fit their cynical 🤨 minds.

You do not know someone’s medical history, genetics, hormone changes, surgeries, trauma, or private health battles.

People deserve education and support …not shame and ridiculous statements from people who don’t have a clue.

Comment “LEARN” if you want more science-backed conversations around metabolic health, longevity, GL🫛s, and overall wellness. 🤍

Between perimenopause, a double mastectomy, a complete hysterectomy, grief, and emotional stress that felt never-ending… I lost myself. Physically. Mentally. Spiritually.

It wasn’t just weight gain.
It was the brain fog.
The sleepless nights.
The joint pain.
The irritability.
The deep sadness of feeling completely “off.”

What I chose to do for my mental and physical wellness wasn’t about vanity. It was about survival. It helped steady my hormones, quiet the noise in my mind, and finally gave me traction. I began to feel balanced again. Clearer. Stronger. More like me.

This journey has been about so much more than weight loss.
It’s been about healing from the inside out …reclaiming my confidence, my energy, and my life.

If you want to learn more about how I brought myself back and found confidence again, comment LEARN MORE. I might be able to help you on your journey, as well. 🩷 I’ve learned a thing or two. 😉

Confidence is a wonderful thing to have. Is it wrong to want to feel good in your own skin, especially as you watch everything change as you enter perimenopause and menopause?

It wasn’t just unending weight gain, even when I was working out six days a week and eating perfectly…it was having a prophylactic double mastectomy and complete hysterectomy at the age of 41. It was depression, anxiety, and grief leaving me mentally and emotionally drained.

In the midst of profound hormonal and life changes, I LOST MYSELF. Completely lost… who and what was I?? I didn’t recognize myself.

I made the decision to take a science backed medication, that was proving to have WAY more benefits than weight loss. I can affirm that it’s all true. Not only did I lose over 35 pounds, I lost inflammation and chronic pain in my joints. I gained more clarity of thought, along with more self confidence. Not visceral fat…ripping me even further away from diseases linked to obesity.

It’s not vanity. It’s health…both mental and physical. I needed help, and I DO NOT CARE what anyone’s opinion is of my choice. It was the best thing I ever did for myself AND for my family.

When I am my best…they get the best version of me, which is what they deserve.

I’m 44 years old…a mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend, and former teacher. My journey has been anything but simple. I’ve walked through darkness, but I’ve learned to turn that darkness into light and give it a purpose.

At 41, after learning I was BRCA2 positive, I made one of the hardest decisions of my life: a prophylactic double mastectomy and complete hysterectomy. The hormonal storm that followed rocked me in ways I wasn’t prepared for.

During that same time, my dad was fighting stage 4 stomach cancer. I lost him in October 2024. My heart, and my world, will never be the same.

Back then, I tried to control what I could… my weight. But between stress, grief, and hormones, it felt impossible. The food noise was constant, and eating often became a way to quiet the sadness.

When I finally chose medication to help me feel like me again, everything changed. My inflammation went down, my sleep improved, my menopause symptoms eased, and my energy came back. It allowed me to show up as a better mom, wife, and daughter when my family needed me most.

Would I do it again? Absolutely.

If you’re ready to take back control too, comment BEGIN and I’ll help you get started. 💬

COMMENT “GUIDE” ⬇️
I’ll send you my free wellness guide that walks through available options, how they’re typically used, and why sourcing + medical oversight matter.

After a complete hysterectomy and double mastectomy…combined with intense stress and grief…my body changed in ways I wasn’t prepared for.

I did experience significant weight loss during one phase of my journey…
but that was just the beginning.

Now I’m in a different phase: rebuilding.

For me, that looks like:
• Working with a provider on a personalized plan
• Supporting muscle, metabolism, and overall wellness
• Prioritizing strength, energy, and long-term health

This isn’t about being smaller.
It’s about feeling stronger, supported, and well in your body again.

If you’ve ever felt confused by what you’re seeing online or wondered what options might exist, this guide is designed to simplify things in a clear, responsible way.

There was a time not long ago when everything felt…heavy.
Financially. Emotionally. Spiritually.

Losing my dad to cancer broke something in me. He wasn’t just my father…he was my best friend. A servant in every sense of the word. The kind of man who poured into everyone around him without hesitation.

When he passed, I remember thinking… how do I carry that forward?
How do I take that kind of love, that kind of service… and keep it alive?

I didn’t know what it would look like.
But it found me.

Since March 2024, I’ve had the opportunity to help hundreds of people on their health and wellness journeys. And that…will never feel small to me.

Because here’s what I know…
Women especially are constantly pouring into everyone else…
their kids, their spouses, their careers…
and somewhere along the way, they lose themselves.

I see it. I lived it.

At 41, I was thrown into surgical menopause overnight. My body changed. My mind changed. My energy, my emotions…everything shifted. I didn’t feel like me anymore.

And now?
If I can help even one woman feel like herself again…strong, clear, balanced, hopeful…then I know I’m doing what I was called to do.

This path has allowed me to serve others in a way that honors my dad…
while also creating a life that supports and blesses my own family.

And that is something I will never take for granted.

I couldn’t be more proud to be a part of something so much bigger than anyone even realizes. This past week, I was flown to Dallas with other Advanced Executives in the company to learn more of what’s to come…and I CANNOT WAIT!!

If you’ve been putting yourself last…this is your reminder…you matter too. 🤍

What are peptides and why do they matter? 🤔

Peptides are short chains of amino acids, which are the building blocks of proteins that naturally occur in your body. Think of them as tiny messengers that tell your cells what to do.

Science has shown that peptides can support:
💪 Muscle repair & recovery
🔥 Fat metabolism & energy levels
💧 Skin elasticity & collagen production
🧠 Cognitive function & focus
🌿 Cellular health & longevity

But here’s the most important thing…not all peptides are created equal. Quality, purity, and dosing matter more than anything. Choosing the right provider means choosing safety, proper medical oversight, and results you can trust.

So before you chase the next “good deal,” remember: when it comes to your body, cheap can come at a cost. 🧬

If you want to learn more about what peptides can do and the trusted provider I use, comment “LEARN MORE” below and I’ll share the details with you 💬

I used to care so much about what people thought of me… until life handed me battles I never saw coming.

Losing my dad to cancer shattered me.
Testing positive for the BRCA2 mutation, facing a double mastectomy, a full hysterectomy, and being thrown into surgical menopause at 41… it was more than my body or heart knew how to process.

The weight gain.
The stress eating.
The anxiety and depression.
The feeling of losing control of everything — including myself.

For the longest time, I worried about judgment. Until I realized: no one gets to form an opinion about a story they never lived.

Saying yes to a GLP-1 was the moment I allowed something outside of my darkness to help me.
It was the first time I felt even a tiny bit of control again… and that glimmer of hope was enough to pull me forward.

And here’s the truth we don’t talk about enough:
GLP-1s aren’t just about weight. Research continues to show real, measurable health benefits — reduced inflammation, improved cardiovascular markers, lower metabolic disease risk, and even potential cancer-protective effects in people struggling with obesity or insulin resistance.

Choosing this wasn’t weakness.
It was survival.
It was healing.
It was reclaiming my life — mind, body, and spirit.

If you’re in that place where everything feels heavy… you’re not alone. And you deserve to feel like yourself again too. 💛
