Luminous Beings, LLC and I have our sacred drift! You get to float and receive! 2 events hosted by Group Fitness&Health&Community! Yoga and sound with Rebecca Helbus! Awesome day experience hosted by Erin Scherer where I’ll be doing energy work and using my tuning forks.

Not only is it what we eat that’s important. How we eat, how we feel when we eat. As an ADHD’er I love to stand and eat, eat fast or not at all. I’m trying to be more mindful.
