Healthy Habits was proud to participate in the Highmark Walk for a Healthy Community at Point State Park to help keep summer programming alive for our youth AND our older adults. Because healthy habits donā€™t have an age limit!!

The good news? We surpassed our initial goal! šŸŽ‰

But the mission doesnā€™t stop here and neither do we!

Celebrating the women in our community by giving them flowers they deserve.

A plant to take home.
A moment of joy.
A reminder that healthy aging also includes care, dignity, and connection.

Our Motherā€™s Day Senior Wellness Experience brought together womenā€™s health, healthy aging, brain health awareness, movement, and community connection in one space.

From blood pressure checksā€¦
To dementia educationā€¦
To home health supportā€¦
To food access and community supportā€¦
To strength training, line dancing, and shared moments of joyā€¦

Every part of this day was created to help adults 62+ learn, move, connect, and access support that matters.

Thank you to the presenters, volunteers, and community supporters who helped strengthen this experience.
