Not everything that looks good is food to eat.

That simple realization changed my life at twenty years old.

I studied nutrition. Sought out professionals to learn from. Learned raw food techniques and plant-based preparation. My partner and I even opened InBloom Foods — a raw vegan catering company in San Francisco.

Meals is one of the four pillars of FourWordz — because we can't separate food from wellness.

What we eat affects how we move, how we think, and how we show up for everything else in our lives.

I want to share something I've been building for a while now.

It's called FourWordz.

The idea is simple. Life comes down to four things:

Movement. Meals. Mind. Money.

How to move, how to eat healthier, how to use the mind, and how to build wealth.

I know this personally — I grew up in Queens, lost my mother young, lived on the streets as a teenager, and battled addiction and poverty. Slowly, through yoga, plant-based nutrition, meditation, and eventually finance, I rebuilt my life one pillar at a time.

FourWordz was built from that experience.

We connect people who want to improve their health, wealth, and wellness to certified professionals who can actually help them get there. We also match people who've been through a traumatic experience to a professional who has lived something similar — or is an expert in that field.
