Be sure to tune in!
Join us on What’s Up Rochester? Saturday, May 2nd from 11AM–1PM for a powerful and meaningful conversation featuring Dr. Rachel Conley and the Rochester City Police Department!
Dr. Rachel Conley is the founder of Rochester Medical Weight Loss and has been helping patients achieve sustainable, healthier lives since 2018. Board-certified in Internal Medicine and a Diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine, Dr. Conley is passionate about treating weight as a complex, chronic disease—not a personal failure. Through compassionate, evidence-based care, she empowers her patients with personalized plans, education, and long-term support while working to break the stigma surrounding obesity.
The Rochester City Police Department will also be joining us to talk about an important moment for our community. Facing one of the most significant staffing shortages in recent years, they are focusing on recruitment, leadership development, and strengthening community connections.
They’ll share insights on:
New hiring and recruitment efforts
A Military Veteran Internship Initiative
The relaunch of the Explorer Post & Teen Academy
Many Roots, One City—supporting Rochester’s New American and refugee communities
Together, this show will highlight health, service, mentorship, and how we can all play a role in building a stronger Rochester.
