This week was filled with fun and laughs. Today was Taste and tell. Boneless chicken wings with different flavors, different fries, steak fries, waffle fries, home made fries. Needless it was a fun filled pop up event.

Make fitness fun and inspirational. Not a problem at all inspirational fitness with Kim is all that we need. She makes the entire room enjoy the movement and music.
