Is your child constantly on the move—or avoiding movement altogether? 🤸
Balance is a key part of your child’s development, and it plays a bigger role than you might think. From walking on uneven surfaces to sitting upright in a chair, balance helps children feel steady, confident, and in control of their bodies.
When balance is challenging, you might notice:
• Frequent falls or clumsiness
• Trouble navigating playground equipment
• Difficulty sitting still or staying upright
• Avoidance of swings, climbing, or jumping
That’s where occupational therapy comes in.
OT helps children build balance through fun, play-based activities that strengthen the body, improve coordination, and support the sensory systems (like the vestibular system) that keep us steady.
At our clinic, we focus on helping kids feel confident in their movements—so they can play, learn, and explore their world with ease.
